Remote Travel Specialist

Travel Navigator Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Specialist. In this role, you will manage reservations for leisure travelers, making sure every booking is accurate, confirmed, and ready for departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage reservations for cruises, resorts, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
• Communicate with clients to confirm travel details, preferences, and special requests
• Research available options and share recommendations that fit client needs and budgets
• Contact suppliers to verify availability, pricing, deadlines, and travel policies
• Review bookings for accuracy, including names, dates, and trip details
• Track payment schedules and upcoming travel dates for each reservation
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Assist with changes, updates, and issue resolution on existing bookings
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in travel, customer service, administration, or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy when managing information
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work
