In this remote role, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs, research available options, provide reservation information, and assist throughout the process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple requests.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to reservation inquiries and service requests
- Gather client information and preferences
- Research available reservation options
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, policies, and requirements
- Coordinate reservation details with service providers
- Review information for accuracy
- Provide confirmations and updates
- Assist with reservation modifications and special requests
