Update and maintain accurate member records and documentation within the company’s CRM system;
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and contribute to process enhancements;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex member issues and escalate when necessary;
Monitor member satisfaction metrics and provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement;
