Customer Relationship Manager

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Customer Experience department. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for entry-level professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for travelers and consumers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions, concerns, and requests are handled with care, speed, and professionalism.

In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team to support consumers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone. You will play a vital part in strengthening Berg Refrigirating reputation within the Consumer Services industry by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $35 - $45, along with the flexibility of working remotely and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and customer-driven organization.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes

Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions

Support customer retention by delivering consistently positive interactions

Assist with gathering customer feedback to inform service improvements

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus

0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Basic proficiency with computers and customer support software

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes

Preferred:
Experience with CRM platforms or live chat support tools

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
