Global Destinations Coordinator

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help clients explore destinations, compare options, and coordinate important planning details from home.

As a Global Destinations Coordinator
, you'll support destination research, reservations, scheduling, and client communication while helping keep each plan clear and organized.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Gather client preferences, dates, and priorities
• Compare available options based on client needs
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client information

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Comfort working independently
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
