    Fully remote with flexible hours

Applicants should have relevant travel, hospitality, or customer-service experience and be ready to discuss destination knowledge, booking systems, and group-trip coordination. The application settles each candidate's experience with international destinations, luxury resorts, CRM tools, and remote client service.

Single And Group Travel Planning

Client consultations determine destination priorities, trip structure, and travel constraints. The advisor compares suppliers, assembles quotes, and adjusts plans for individual travelers and groups. Group coordination adds rooming, shared transportation, activity timing, and communication across multiple travelers.

Destination updates shape each itinerary after planning begins. The advisor checks visa requirements, travel restrictions, and supplier conditions, then records decisions in a CRM so the next client contact has an accurate trail. Research can include vacation packages , hotel options, transfers, and activities that match the agreed trip plan.

Client Service Across The Trip

Before departure, the advisor answers questions, confirms arrangements, and keeps trip information organized. During travel, client communication covers changes to plans, destination updates, and questions that arise after reservations become active. After a trip, follow-up maintains the relationship and records useful details for future planning.

The service cycle includes pre-trip questions and booking confirmations, in-trip itinerary updates, and post-trip relationship care. An advisor communicates accurate information and follows through on client requests, practices covered in Travel Institute client-service guidance . Clear notes help a remote team keep client decisions, supplier details, and outstanding questions together.

Travel Knowledge And Booking Systems

International destination knowledge helps the advisor compare routes, accommodations, and activities for different travel styles. Familiarity with luxury resorts and group coordination supports clients whose plans involve multiple rooms, shared schedules, or specialized destination needs. The advisor also works with international travel advisors and suppliers when a trip crosses borders.

GDS systems, booking platforms, and CRM tools connect research to confirmed arrangements. An advisor researches options, plans itineraries, coordinates suppliers, and supports clients when plans change, duties described in Travel Institute guidance . Accurate records cover traveler preferences, selected services, payment milestones, destination requirements, and follow-up dates.

Remote Hours And Advisor Development

The remote arrangement relies on a computer, phone, booking platforms, and online planning tools. Flexible hours require independent scheduling, timely written updates, and steady communication with clients and suppliers. The advisor works with travel professionals across hotels, tour operators, and other parts of the travel supply chain.

Destination Knot's single and group travel work develops practical knowledge through repeated itinerary research and client conversations. The advisor can deepen expertise in international destinations, luxury resorts, group logistics, and supplier coordination as new trip requests arrive.
