Customer Success Manager – San Francisco, CA (Remote)

Account Makers has been engaged by a growing provider of branded merchandise, corporate gifting, apparel, fulfillment, and company store solutions to identify a Customer Success Manager who will support B2B clients across the United States. This remote position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and offers the opportunity to work with organizations that rely on customized merchandise, employee onboarding programs, branded apparel, promotional products, and fulfillment solutions to strengthen their brands and engage their teams.

This remote position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, customer-focused team where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring projects are executed successfully while delivering a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing account support.

You will collaborate closely with account management, production, operations, and fulfillment teams to coordinate customer projects, provide proactive communication, and ensure every order is delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers achieve successful outcomes while building long-term partnerships.

• -2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, project management, or another customer-facing role.
• -Experience supporting B2B customers within branded merchandise, promotional products, apparel, fulfillment, marketing services, e-commerce, or a related industry is preferred.
• -Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• -Experience managing multiple customer accounts and coordinating projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
• -Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• -Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, operations, and fulfillment.
• -Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• -Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• -Experience using CRM platforms or customer success software is required.

This permanent position offers a base salary of $80,000–$110,000 depending on experience, plus full benefit options including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional standard benefits.
