USLI in Boise, Idaho, seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to support insurance agents with calls, emails, and inquiries. You will receive comprehensive training to deliver the USLI Experience—one interaction at a time—and contribute to service excellence.
The role is year-round, part-time (up to 29 hours/week) with a fixed schedule, primarily based in our Boise office and one remote workday per week. Previous CS experience helps, and bilingual ability is a plus.
