About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and helpful Junior Customer Service Apprentice for their team in Kimberley . • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to senior customer service representatives or relevant departments.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
