You'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, identify coverage needs, provide appropriate recommendations once licensed, assist with electronic enrollment, and maintain long-term client relationships.

As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you'll help prospective and existing clients understand their insurance benefits and receive professional service throughout their experience.

• Connect with company-provided client opportunities and existing clients.

• Schedule and conduct virtual Zoom and phone appointments.

• Build rapport and establish professional client relationships.

• Ask questions to understand individual and family financial-protection needs.

• Listen carefully to client questions and concerns.

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

• Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and policy features.

• Provide appropriate, needs-based recommendations once licensed.

• Assist eligible clients with electronic applications and enrollment.

• Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules.

• Welcome clients and explain applicable enrollment next steps.

• Provide professional follow-up customer service.

• Assist with applicable policy and benefits reviews.

• Help clients understand available policy-service options.

• Assist with beneficiary information and applicable policy service requests.

• Direct clients through appropriate claims-support processes.
