You are the first point of contact for emergency calls and the crucial link to helpers and security/rescue organizations. This position not only offers you the opportunity to tackle challenges but is also an exciting and meaningful task.

• Receiving incoming emergency calls by phone
• Providing assistance to elderly and senior citizens
• Recording customer concerns
• Triage of emergency calls with private helpers or security/rescue forces
• Ensuring the work safety of lone workers

Swiss German or German at a native level and very good French skills are a must. Good Italian and English skills ideally complete your language profile

• You enjoy working at night, both on weekdays and weekends
• You are flexible and also take on day shifts if needed
