Swiss German-Speaking Customer Communication Specialist Remote

We’re looking for a Swiss German-Speaking Customer Communication Specialist to join a customer-focused team supporting a variety of inbound and outbound communication projects for established businesses.

• Customer Acquisition: Contact prospective customers to generate new business through telephone sales and appointment setting.
• Customer Retention: Strengthen existing relationships through loyalty initiatives, relevant offers, upselling and cross-selling.
• Customer Reactivation: Reconnect with previous customers and encourage renewed engagement through targeted offers.
• Inbound Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and provide assistance via telephone, email and chat.
• Order Administration: Support customer service processes, including order processing and invoicing-related enquiries.
• Customer Research: Conduct surveys to understand customer needs, preferences and satisfaction levels.
• First-Level Support: Assist customers with general support requests, troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally and work towards positive outcomes.
• Quality and Performance: Maintain accurate records, deliver reliable service and contribute to project-specific objectives.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned project, offering exposure to different aspects of customer communication and sales.

• Native-level Swiss German proficiency or excellent German language skills.
• Previous inbound customer service, telephone support or contact centre experience is advantageous.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or B2B/B2C appointment setting is beneficial.
• A confident, persuasive communication style and an interest in achieving sales targets.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organisational skills and an accurate, efficient approach to work.
• A reliable, responsible and motivated attitude.
• A stable internet connection, preferably fibre.

As this is a home-based opportunity, you should be comfortable managing your workload independently while remaining connected to the wider team.

You’ll need to demonstrate:
