Remote Call Center Rep - NJ

We are seeking dependable Remote Call Center Reps for a full-time temporary contract opportunity supporting customers with questions related to applications, eligibility, and healthcare coverage. This work‑from‑home role is open to New Jersey residents only, and residency will be verified.

• Answer high-volume inbound customer calls and provide courteous, professional support.
• Assist customers with questions related to applications, eligibility, and healthcare coverage.
• Enter, update, process, and document customer information accurately in required systems.
• Follow established policies, scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers in real time.
• Escalate complex questions or issues to the appropriate support resource when needed.

• Pay is $18.00 per hour for English‑speaking representatives.
• Pay is $19.00 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual representatives.

• Training is approximately 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET.
• Candidates must be on camera throughout training and nesting and maintain reliable attendance.

• Must be able to commit to a 40‑hour work week.
• Must have full availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Sunday.
