We are seeking experienced Passport Acceptance Agents to evaluate and improve AI-generated passport guidance. You'll use your public-facing experience to ensure questions reflect real applicant needs and answers are accurate, complete, and helpful. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review sample passport questions for realism and relevance.
• Develop rubrics covering new applications, renewals, replacements, forms, fees, and processing options.
• Create evaluation criteria for identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers for errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback to the project team asynchronously.

• Current or recent Passport Acceptance Agent designation through a post office, county clerk, library, or similar organization.
• At least 1 year of experience assisting the public with passport applications.
• Working knowledge of passport forms, fees, identification and citizenship documents, and requirements for minors.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to start quickly and commit 20–30 hours per week.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience handling lost, stolen, or damaged passports and name changes.
• Experience creating guides, checklists, or training materials.
