Customer Success Manager

Our client is actively seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join their team, serving clients in the Richards Bay region and beyond. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and driving adoption, retention, and expansion.

• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our services.
• Develop and execute success plans tailored to individual client goals and objectives.
• Monitor client health, identify risks, and implement proactive engagement strategies.
• Drive product adoption and ensure clients are leveraging the full capabilities of our offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building rapport and trust.
• Identify opportunities for client expansion and renewals, collaborating with sales teams.

• Proven experience in a Customer Success , Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and success metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote , fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms is highly desirable.
