• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities.

• Provide clients with detailed travel information, including itineraries, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and special offers.

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of global destinations, travel products, and booking systems (GDS experience is a plus).
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms.
