In this role, you'll assist customers with online orders, shipping questions, returns, promotions, and product inquiries. • Assist customers with online orders and account inquiries
• Help customers navigate the company website
• Provide information regarding products, promotions, shipping, and returns
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Research issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must reside within 1-2 hours of High Point, NC
• Available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Must work one weekend day each week
• Holiday availability required

• $16.50/hour
