TUI Group’s Crystal Ski in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to help customers plan unforgettable ski holidays across face-to-face, phone, email, live chat and social channels. You’ll assist with booking, answer questions, and ensure a memorable experience from start to finish.
This exciting hybrid role splits time between the Crystal Hub and home, with a 12‑month fixed term and flexible shifts across 8am–8pm, seven days a week.
