Ascensus is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to join our service center teams handling account-based employee benefit plans. You will provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat and support claims processing for FSAs, 529 accounts, and retirement plans.
Training lasts 4–6 weeks from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, after which the shift runs 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST. Strong communication and computer skills are required.
