Ascensus is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to deliver high-quality customer service for account-based employee benefit plans. You will handle inquiries from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators via phone, email or chat, explain benefits, review claims, and update contacts in our systems.
Training for 4 weeks runs 10:00 am–6:30 pm EST. After training, you may work one of several Eastern Time shifts.
