• Process cancellations and refunds
• Conduct welcome calls for new members
• Process member requests
• Perform other duties as necessary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and administrative support for our members, handling customer issues over the phone, assisting employees in the field with contract issues and providing insight and feedback to the corporate team regarding the customer experience.

• Minimum of a high school education (or equivalent) required
• Must be fully bilingual (read, write, speak) - Spanish and English required
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to answer high volume phone calls while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to train and work remotely.
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills

8:50am-6:00pm (M-F)

1 hour lunch break
