Cencora is seeking a Team Lead for its Customer Service division, supporting both patient and provider engagement. With a minimum of four years in customer service and at least one year in a leadership role, your expertise will guide team performance and service delivery. This position emphasizes coaching, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support customer service representatives

• Monitor workflows and service levels for timely resolutions

• Address escalated customer concerns professionally

• Provide performance coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

• 4+ years of customer service expertise
