Remote Hospitality Customer Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Hospitality Customer Support Specialist to join their expanding virtual team based in Centurion . In this fully remote position, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless and positive experience. You will leverage your excellent communication skills and understanding of the hospitality industry to provide timely and efficient support via phone, email, and chat.
