Remote Retail Customer Success Manager

Our client is searching for an experienced and dedicated Remote Retail Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive retention across their diverse client base, working from anywhere in South Africa . You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.

• Proven experience in Customer Success , Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in the retail technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and its operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients and drive retention and growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer success platforms.
