Our client, a leading organization in Durban (Kloof), is seeking a seasoned Senior In-bound Reservations Consultant to help elevate their customer experience by managing reservations efficiently and maintaining high standards of service.
Where You’ll Make an Impact:Handle inbound reservation inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric approach
Ensure smooth booking processes, adhering to company standards and deadlines
Collaborate with other departments to optimize reservation management and service delivery
Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records to support operational efficiency
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reservations with INBOUND experience in Africa (Botswana / Zimbabwe) and South Africa
Strong planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
TOURPLAN experience preferable
Competitive salary ranging from R32,000 to R38,000 per month (Cost to Company)
