Remote Call Center Patient Care Rep

Our client, a forward-thinking digital mail-order and specialty pharmacy company, is seeking Remote Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound/outbound patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization

** Pay Range:**  $20/hr

** Potential Schedules*
* Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

+ Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.

+ Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries

+ Handle outbound/inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally

+ Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately

+ Document and enter data into systems with attention to detail

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED (required)

+  
** 1-2 yrs Call Center experience required*
* + Healthcare or pharmacy background  _preferred_

+ Strong communication & computer skill

** Remote Work Requirements:*
* + Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
