As a full-time representative at Cencora, you will assist with patient and provider support through the Innomar Strategies business in Canada. Responsibilities include taking orders via various channels, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting clients with inquiries. Your proactive customer focus and attention to detail will ensure service consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders via phone, fax, and email

• Provide order confirmations upon client requests

• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

• Maintain backorder information and handle shipment discrepancies

• Suggest improvements to enhance customer service operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 0-2 years in a customer service role

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and order entry systems

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

• Clear communication in English
