As a Senior Customer Success Manager (High-Touch) for the German-speaking marketyou will be the trusted post-sales partner for some of n8n’s most strategic enterprise customers. With a deliberately small book of business, you go deep: you learn each customer’s business, build relationships across their organization, and turn product usage into measurable outcomes and clear ROI. You will own retention and expansion for your accounts, running a tight operating cadence of kickoffs, success plans, health checks, QBRs and renewals, while proactively managing risk and escalations.
