Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer business outcomes and value realization

• Monitor customer health and develop risk mitigation strategies

• Identify and drive growth opportunities within client portfolios

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in Customer Success or Account Management

• Proven experience with B2B SaaS clients

• Strong track record in retention and renewals

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

• Comfortable in a remote working setup
