We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to help clients stay informed and supported throughout the travel planning process.

As a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator
, you'll assist with client communication, scheduling, reservations, and follow-up while helping keep accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details organized.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather dates, preferences, and important details
• Coordinate schedules and confirmations
• Assist with reservation and itinerary information
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help manage changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Positive, client-focused attitude

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
