We're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to support clients with questions, updates, scheduling, and general service needs in a remote environment.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative
, you'll help keep communication clear, information organized, and client requests moving forward. Some tasks may also involve light reservation or planning support.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Provide updates and next-step information
• Coordinate schedules and confirmations
• Follow up on pending items
• Keep client records accurate and organized
• Assist with routine changes or service needs
• Research information when needed

• Strong communication skills

Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, or client support is helpful, but not required.
