Telephone Support Representative

Monthly Pay: $4,700 - $5,200 USD per month

What does a strong day on the phone look like? In this full-time remote role, you will guide policyholders and agency contacts through coverage questions, policy updates, billing inquiries, and next steps while creating clear service records.

• Answer inbound calls about policies, premiums, renewals, endorsements, and payment status.
• Verify caller details and document conversations accurately in the service platform.
• Explain routine policy information clearly and route complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Follow established call procedures while protecting customer and policy information.
• Track follow-up needs and provide timely updates to callers and agency partners.

• Comfortable supporting customers by phone in a remote setting.
• Ability to learn policy terminology, coverage concepts, and service workflows.
• Familiarity with web-based ticketing, call notes, or customer record tools is helpful.
• Dependable approach to following scripts, verifying details, and meeting call-quality expectations.
