Senior Strategic Accounts Specialist role supporting Cencora's distribution services, managing day-to-day relationships with strategic accounts through customer service, billing reconciliation, and internal coordination. Remote position based in Idaho, reporting to MWI/MVH management with 8am-5pm MST schedule.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day relationship and communication with strategic accounts via phone, email, and fax
- Process damaged shipments, product returns, and credits reconciliation
- Generate customized weekly reports and ad hoc requests per customer specifications
- Investigate customer issues and escape appropriately to management with recommended solutions
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM system and manage COUPA order inbox
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3+ years customer service operations, case management, or related experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
Word and Outlook competency - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with analytical thinking
- Veterinary clinic experience desirable
