About the RoleJoin our team as a friendly and professional Remote Receptionist and unlock a unique opportunity to serve diverse companies across multiple industries. In this role, you'll help our small and medium sized business clients greet callers, take messages, transfer calls, capture leads, book appointments, process orders, and more.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls with professionalism, patience, and efficiency.
Navigate computer systems and software tools quickly to access information and assist callers.
Maintain high customer service standards while handling a high volume of calls.
Deliver accurate information clearly and courteously to callers.

Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and toggling across multiple screens/applications.

Position & Technical RequirementsSchedule Availability: Flexible part-time hours, must have availability on Mondays and weekends.
Residency: We currently prefer candidates from Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.
Internet Connection: High-speed, stable internet connected via direct Ethernet cable to your router/modem (Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted).
Hardware: Must supply your own high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse for optimal daily performance.
