Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules, reservations, and itinerary information
Assist with travel updates, confirmations, and special requests
Communicate with clients and travel partners
Keep travel details accurate and organized
Assist with changes and adjustments throughout the planning process
Provide timely and professional customer support
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail oriented and dependable
Customer service focused
Comfortable managing multiple tasks
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable learning new online tools and systems
Previous travel experience is helpful but not required
