We're hiring a Customer Education Manager to help us grow, and to grow with us.

The role:

As our Customer Education Manager, you'll help customers get real value from our products from day one by building the training, onboarding resources, and learning experiences that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Build and maintain customer education content, including onboarding guides, webinars, video tutorials, knowledge base articles, and self-service resources
• Lead customer training sessions, onboarding workshops, product demos, and educational webinars
• Help run customer learning and certification programs, including administering our LMS and customer education platforms
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing to spot training needs and turn product updates into clear, user-friendly content
• Track engagement, training participation, and customer feedback to sharpen materials and drive adoption across multiple product lines
• Keep customer-facing education consistent and on-standard, and help customers with training-related questions and request

You'll handle confidential information with care, following established security policies and procedures.

What makes you a great fit
• 3+ years of experience in customer education, customer success, onboarding, training, enablement, or a SaaS support environment
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating educational content and customer-facing documentation
• Hands-on experience with webinar platforms, LMS systems, and customer support tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Bonus if you have:
• SaaS industry experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Churn Zero, Gainsight, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design
• Video creation or content development experience
