Minted, a premium design marketplace, is seeking remote seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support customers during the September–December 2026 period. You’ll handle multi-channel inquiries, guide design and production questions, and resolve issues with warmth and expertise.
Reporting to a Team Supervisor, you’ll navigate multiple tools (CRM, order systems) and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Availability includes some evenings and weekends within our set schedule.
