Remote Customer Service Representative | Monday–Friday | $16/hr + Paid Training

Every day, families in our region face hard choices about paying their utility bills. As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative with Inno Source, you’ll be the person on the other end of the phone who helps them find a way through. We’re partnering with Dollar Energy Fund
, an organization that has served the limited-income community for more than 40 years by providing utility assistance grants to families and individuals in need. Dollar Energy Fund was also recognized as one of the Top Workplaces by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in 2025 and 2026!

We’re building a team of caring, dependable people, and we’re hiring now.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday. Your weekends stay yours.
• Location: Remote, open to Ohio and Pennsylvania residents within a 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA
• Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
  , with opportunities for raises and bonuses
• Training: Paid and fully remote

A Day in the Role

You’ll take inbound calls and make outbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns for customers seeking help with their utility costs. You’ll walk callers through applications for assistance programs, review their income documentation, and make sure everything is processed accurately so eligibility can be determined. Along the way, you’ll keep clear, organized customer records and work closely with your teammates and supervisors to hit program goals.

• Are patient and friendly, even when a caller is stressed or frustrated
• Stay calm and positive when the day gets busy
• Feel comfortable with Microsoft Windows and Office and pick up new systems quickly
• Want work that feels meaningful at the end of the day
