Alton Lane is actively recruiting a Remote Part Time Customer Experience Specialist to support our growing Customer Experience Department. The weekend schedule is fixed:
Saturdays and Sundays, 2:00pm–10:00pm EST, totaling 16 hours weekly.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will handle client communications by phone, email, and chat, coordinate with cross-functional teams to update orders and production status, and provide timely, accurate information on pricing.
