A leading customer service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a Winter Campaign Project. This role involves answering inbound calls for non-profit organizations and activities related to taking donations. Candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience and demonstrate strong communication skills. The project starts at the end of November, with a certification process for selected agents that takes up to 14 days.
