Tenna is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. You will be the main contact for inbound support, engage with customers, and coordinate with Engineering, Hardware, Product, QA, and Sales to deliver SaaS and IoT solutions.
This is a full-time remote role (nationwide) with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm EST schedule and at least one Saturday per month. Travel up to 20% may be required.
