Deliver warm patient support through chat and email as a Remote Patient Support Coordinator at Felix, working from anywhere in Canada.
Felix seeks a customer-facing coordinator to help patients navigate online healthcare. You will provide personalized support, resolve issues, collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners, and guide onboarding clearly.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Felix patients through chat and email
- Resolve issues without unnecessary handoffs
- Guide onboarding, pricing, process, and product questions
- Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners
- Capture patient insights and flag recurring gaps
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Experience with Intercom Helpdesk or related platforms
- Clear, precise, and warm written communication
- Self-directed problem-solving and confident decision-making
- Telehealth, digital health, or pharmacy experience is beneficial
