Customer Service Rep - Remote Training

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers for a well-established retail brand known for premium apparel, blankets, home goods, and accessories. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and providing a positive experience in a high-volume retail and e-commerce environment.

Youll assist customers with everything from placing orders and checking product availability to answering questions about promotions, shipping, returns, and other order-related needs. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable working on a computer, and able to stay professional and empathetic even when handling a frustrated customer.

• Handle a varying volume of inbound customer calls
• Help customers place orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions regarding products, availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and order status
• Assist with questions about shipping, returns, and company policies
• Troubleshoot routine customer concerns and elevate more complex issues when needed
• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic service
• Accurately enter order information and document customer interactions
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
• Stay current on products, promotions, and ordering procedures
• Use downtime between calls to build product knowledge
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity expectations

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new systems and product information quickly
• Dependable and able to commit to a 40-hour workweek
• Ability to remain patient and professional when handling challenging customer interactions
• Retail, e-commerce, order processing, call center, or customer support experience is a plus

• Candidates must be located in the Bellevue, Nebraska area
• 1st week Training:
  Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM4:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch - onsite
• 2nd week:
  Nesting/OJT
• 3rd week: regular production schedules - onsite or remote (candidate preference)
• The operation will be open for the four weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas, with additional/OT hours offered

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, NE.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
