Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Newport, Isle of Wight branch. You’ll support customers in person, over the phone and online, handling transactions and queries while guiding them to banking services and digital tools that make managing their money easier.
This permanent, full-time role (35 hours a week, Monday to Saturday) requires a local commute within 45 minutes. You’ll join a branch team dedicated to fairer finances and excellent customer outcomes.
