Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering timely and effective solutions to inquiries and issues. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless experience and uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend process improvements to management.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, policies, and company procedures.
• Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

• 0–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience with multi‑channel support (phone, email, live chat).
