Remote in Canada, this Customer Success Manager role combines SaaS expertise with strategic account leadership for SOCi’s enterprise customers. Manage adoption, retention, and expansion across a large portfolio.
As an account owner and trusted advisor, you will support SOCi customers using social media management and enterprise software. The position focuses on customer relationships, measurable business objectives, lifecycle metrics, and one-to-many enablement. You will coordinate with sales, onboarding, support, product management, finance, and operations to drive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Own customer accounts and guide internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate churn risk across portfolios
- Drive product adoption, expansion, and recurring revenue
- Coordinate cross-functional customer success initiatives
- Analyze lifecycle metrics and deliver retention plays
- Experience in SaaS and enterprise software
- Experience with social media management
- Proven success exceeding sales and customer success goals
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
