Remote Mining Customer Success Manager

Manage complex mining customer relationships remotely across Canada, using geological data knowledge and disciplined follow-through to support lasting customer value.

As Manager, Customer Success, you will own continuity for an assigned regional portfolio. Build trust with users, champions, technical leaders, and decision-makers. Coordinate colleagues and global Customer Excellence while connecting customer priorities to adoption, value confirmation, renewals, and growth discussions.

• Build trusted relationships across changing customer stakeholder groups
• Lead site discussions and business reviews with clear next steps
• Maintain deliverables, owners, dependencies, dates, and acceptance expectations
• Coordinate regional leads, delivery teams, and specialist support
• Confirm customer value using agreed measures and evidence

• Degree in geoscience, mining, engineering, business, or related discipline
• Experience managing complex B2B customer relationships
• Working knowledge of mining lifecycle and geological data workflows
• Understanding of mineral processing and customer decision factors
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and cross-team influence
