Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in Tempe that is hiring a Remote Client Service Support Specialist. This is a contract opportunity paying up to $22/hour and is a great fit for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process high volumes of client paperwork and documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and account setup activities
- Validate forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Support client onboarding processes and advisor transitions
- Maintain organization and productivity while working independently in a remote environment
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative support, office support, or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
