We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals interested in helping clients discover destinations and coordinate memorable travel experiences.

As a Remote Destination Experience Specialist, you will research destination options, assist with itinerary planning, and help organize reservations and activities based on client preferences.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, and local experiences
• Assist with personalized itinerary planning
• Coordinate transportation, activities, and reservation details
• Communicate with clients regarding options and updates
• Maintain organized planning records
• Assist with changes and special requests
• Provide helpful destination information

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Interest in destinations and travel experiences
• Comfortable using digital platforms
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
