We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to help keep client travel plans accurate, coordinated, and moving forward.

As a Travel Operations Coordinator
, you will support reservations, scheduling, confirmations, and trip logistics while helping clients stay informed as details come together.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
• Track travel dates, schedules, and important updates
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity information
• Assist with itinerary changes or adjustments
• Follow up on pending detailsl
• Communicate updates and next steps to clients
• Maintain accurate trip and client records
• Research options when additional coordination is needed

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability when plans change

Experience in customer service, logistics, reservations, hospitality, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
